Description of what happened: I went to an accident in Kavala involving a police officer. When the flames of the vehicle died down Lethug picked up the officers weapon and killed a civilian and one other. Sorry for some reason my recording did not record my in game voice like it usually does.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, people in the area said he logged out and could not see him on TS
