Leone, A RDMer on Server 2

I was RDMd by Leone north of Kavala as he stole my helicopter.  He gave me no warning, and in addition, Toi Campbell was RDMd by him a short while ago.  Not only this, but he is well known on the server to have total disregard of all rules and roleplay.

I was there when the heli was stolen, they asked him several times to leave the heli. He acted like he was afk it seems. They gave him a clear warning if he didn't get out the helicopter he would be shot and he was given plenty of time to do so. This seems to be a false accusation just because he lost his helicopter. Leone wasn't even the one to kill this man. He then proceeded to try and blackmail Leone in the side chat to give him money so he wouldn't report it.

And btw Heli's can not be Scrapped by civs only by Police.
