Last Oasis is a survival-pvp themed game in the style of rust. 
It has servers set out a little like Atlas, in that you transition from map to map throughout the course of the game. 
The "wipe" mechanic appears to be that after time, the servers "burn" as a result of the cataclysmic back story, and the nomads (players) have to travel east.
It's similiar to a cross between atlas and rust on sand, with giant walking death machines. 

I picked it up a few days ago now that servers are fixed (rough early access release as per usual) and really enjoy it. Was wondering if anyone else played.

Is this a game that mostly group based or do you think you can also play solo without to many drawbacks?

Without having actually played the game yet(downloading it rn), but having read about it on official discord, reddit and else internet.
It seems like people want to team up in big groups (upto 50people) but people also play in smaller groups. Solo seems like a challenge however although its managable.
