Description of what happened:
This gentleman kept coming to the police HQ after I escorted him out multiple times. I spiketripped the police HQ so he could not come in with the vehicle like he did four times before, it got his tires. After that he started running away from after several stop commands he jumped in the HQ dock in to the water. I restrained him and carried him out of the water and took him to the building in the HQ. He then combat logged.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Kinda hard to do, so that's a no.

Its difficult to see the time difference between the restrain and the player logging out as they are screenshots only. I will be putting this guy on my list to watch though.
