Larry the Mute joins Brexit negotiations

The Government have asked for Larry the Mutes assistance in negotiating with the evil empire of the European Union. Larry gracefully agreed to help save Brexit, and now hopefully progress will be made on the islands withdrawal from the EU, making sure there will not be tariffs on Hobo clothes and cheap guns from the continent.
