Info: I'm selling my house in Neochori, it's a beautiful four storage house partly with a private wall, very enclosed and secure. Neochori was previously a large bustling port for travellers with a tale, since the recent government changes it's become a secluded spot for the occasional fisherman however all the main city assets remain.

Description:
The house itself is just off one of the main roads in Neochori, it's secluded and surrounded by several other houses, all of which are owned by personal friends who no longer play on this server. I have decided to change house to start work in another area of town. The house itself has a large patch of grass just opposite making a perfect helipad, football field or firing range. It's a stones throw away from the NPC garage, cashpoint, market, general store and clothing store.
 
Spitting distance from the airport and an arms length from Athira, this is the house if you're a socialite. If you're into your boating, fishing or just general relaxing - there's a boat NPC near by. This house comes with all the assets of a regular house, and more.
 
 I'm asking the original asking price for the house in hope for a quick sale, however if a lot of interest is shown then I may ask for the highest price. Alongside this house purchase, I promise never, ever to rob you. Because I'm a top rebel like that.

If you had gotten there a day or two earlier you would have gotten a lot more, I was robbed by the Whitelisted Rebels, despite them not being allowed to rob civilians...

Three things here. (All of which are stated in our guidelines http://www.altislife.co.uk/topic/6427-whitelisted-rebel-general-guidelines-effective-as-of-50-update/ .)

1. The rules are effective as of 5.0 which is when Whitelisted Rebels go live.

2. I have given permission to tax criminals(Our intentions are to make things easier for them against police,so think of taxes as donations really.) and rob hostile or noncomplient ones as punishment. Furthermore "Burglaries are permitted to seek evidence of fascist junta sympathizers inhabiting Altis."(I am now amending this to include tax evading criminals as well.) You sir have been committing crimes without paying us taxes.

3. A civilian is someone who does legal work,I repeat legal work.When you are off duty you clearly chose to be a criminal as you were doing drugs. We do nothing to civilians except patrol their resource routes for abusive police who don't do their jobs,marauding gangs,and to offer taxable escort services so they do not have to fear encountering either of the latter.

Haha Kris, I laughed when I saw your house for sale =P Our rules aren't live yet. And if they were, we could still search your house for evidence of you being a government supporter =D. You were however right in us taking most of your gear, ending in an epic shootout because you got home JUST in time =D That was lovely =). The result of the shootout however was that we lost a lot of the stuff we took =P.

Oh yeah and we may have let the location of your house slip to a certain person while having a occasional chat. Maybe.

Well that makes more sense than the post I read about them! Doesn't give them permission to metagame though?

@Bear Jew (Cant multiquote on phone), you could have just asked for it, considering were a part of the same gang :p

We robbed someone else's house later that evening, getting more than 3 times what I had lost. Win some, lose some!

I lock picked the off road and searched the heli, where was the rest of it?!
Edit: fun little fact, after the entire contact was over I heard someone lock the car outside so I decided to shoot the shit out of it through the wall. It blew up, bringing the house down over me.
