Lands in the UNMC

after having a nice encounter with the UNMC at weed processing, I was wondering if its legal (according to the UNMC) to process weed at their processing?

and are the laws in UNMC lands, the same as the rest of the island?

all drugs are legal inside our lands , why should civillians be told what they can and cant put inside there own bodys, over in the liberated territories you are free , so come on over and enjoy a big fat spliff whilst walking down the high street in your underpants without the threat of arrest
