Why is this not allowed ? can you glitch the processor true the roof ? I've never tested it but I can imagine some people would like to land on the roof from a tactical point of view (You have more sight of the surroundings).

You use the word "glitch" therefore I think you have answered your own question.

If something isn't possible IRL and isn't an "intended" feature, you can assume you are breaking this rule:

(2.5) Using known exploits such as looting dead bodies, any duplication of items, duplication of money, using the Anti-VDM script to regain full health, landing on the roof of drug processors, working with Bounty hunters to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside normal usage (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal)

This is one of the most seriously punished rules on the server and doing what you described would be exploiting.

"landing on the roof of drug processors" - It is even specifically mentioned in the rule. I suggest you re-read mate ;)

Ty, but I asked CAN you glitch. If so than I understand but if you cant glitch true the roof to the processor i see not reason for it not to be allowed. I mean it's allowed to land on any other roof (Houses, construction yards etc.).

It would be pretty weird if you could glitch from that distance.

I'm not sure if you can glitch and process through the roof but if someone tries to rob u or police show up how are they supposed to catch you? There is no way.

Well I do drug runs with a helicopter with 1 other person, and there still is no way police can catch us because I let my gringo friend sit in the pilot seat with the chopper on and if the cops (or a threat) approaches i hop in and we take off before they even get to us. but i do know what you mean. Still if you are not able to glitch i don't really see a valid reason :D but I'm not here to change the rules just wondering <3

It is allowed to leave the chopper on while processing and gathering drugs right ? I know its not perfect for RP interaction but still the risk of getting caught is extremely lower than doing it with a truck.

 
Am I the only person who is angry as hell about the way this guy is presenting this question? It's like you want to glitch and want the least amount of interaction with people to do easy drug runs.

Wooow easy there, i'm just asking a question and wondering why it's not allowed im not trying to exploit anything im asking this because like i said from the roof you have more overview. i play on altislife.co.uk servers for like a year and a half im not trying to do anything against the rules i was just wondering why you are not allowed to do this. maybe my english is bad and you see it that way but im not trying to GLITCH anything my friend. if you see my first and second message you can clearly see that im not aware of the fact that you can approach the processor from the roof and if you cant im wondering what the reason is that its not allowed. shees i think ill hold my question to myself in the future (No offence).

And when it comes to role play there is nothing i would rather do. now i have a feeling like im a bad guy who wants to glitch and hack to make money while that is absolutely not the case. the fact that Im doing drug runs in a heli is because i think its safer. i mean if i did a drug run in the real world i would also like to take the safer road.

PS: Im aware of the rule and i know its not allowed i never said it isnt, i was just wondering what the reason is that its not allowed. i guess that is a crime to ask why something is not allowed. in my point of view its a question that gives you more insight in why something is not allowed and you have more understanding for it.

I did drug runs in trucks for like 90% of the money i have but i got tired of getting like 5-6 trucks scrapped so i changed to helicopters.

Sorry for trying to find an easier way :3 I now see it says Angry Scotsman so i can understand the anger.

@Dr NormanI dont see a reason to be. What did i do now ? is my English so bad that every thing i say comes across as an insult ? I think i will stay away from the forum not  good for me XD or take an english course because i really dont know what im doing wrong here.

@Dr Norman well to be honest I kind of get insulted when I ask a question to have more understanding of the rules (what imo is a positive thing) and someone instantly thinks i try to exploit the system especially when i like the community and played in this community for almost 2 years. the staff members arent the only ones with feelings you know :3. ty for your opinion though.

@RomeoFirst of all acting like a smart ass won't get you anywhere here. And second of all why would landing on the processor be a good position for scouting compared to flying?

@GraphicMarble Acting like a smart ass ? Stop the circle jerking pls. And second, from the roof i can shoot if needed and give support to the guys below who are processing and have less vision, and from a heli (as a pilot) i cant give assistance. Thats why :)

I was not aware of the fact that you can glitch thrue i just wanted to know the reason behind the rule, now i know :3. I wish you werent able to glitch because it is a nice spot to spot people from a big distance while your friend is down (with his own vehicle) processing and in that way you could give nice fire assistance if needed.

Come to think about it even if you wouldnt be able to glitch and than you would be allowed to land on the roof just for tactical reasons  you would be an easy target if someone shot from the hill, no where to go hehe i think jumping down would kill you.

@GraphicMarble you want to satisfy others involved in the discussion, by not saying anything meaningfull and just trying to bash me by saying im trying to be a smartass while im asking a legit question to understand the rules better. you could also leave the "stop trying to be a smart ass" away and talk like a normal person. Im not calling anyone names and if the person im talking to isnt offended or calling me things what gives you the right to do so ? please qoute the specific sentance where you think im beeing a smart ass and not just giving my personal opinion or asking for clearance.
