Hello citizens of Altis, first of all let me introduce myself, my name is Fabrizio Rizzo Rodrigues Hernandez, and i am a Police officer, and a journalist from Lakka News off duty.
The last couple of days, i've been going around getting some good stories, which will be written for you here, so you can get an insight in how the life is on the island of Altis, i hope you enjoy.
It all started at the local patrol in my M900, flying around the island to find some stories, and here i was met by blue flashing lights, sirens, and dangerous driving, yes that is right, a police car was chasing down a HEMMT box, i decided it would be the best to open some spotlights on the truck, to get some better pictures, but flying and taking pictures while hanging out of the heli, is not a good combination, the police car was chasing it, until they crashed, then i decided to follow the truck, with my spotligth turned on, since i could not find the switch to turn it off agian, the truck suddenly stopped, and a man with a weapon jumped out, in a matter of seconds i saw tracer rounds infront of my windscreen, and decided to fly back, meanwhile the police car got time enough to creep up on the truck, and arrest the man, but with one casualty, i went down to take some pictures, and got alot of the "good stuff", and out of sudden i began to be shot upon, i ran zig-zag up, and down the hill, and the what i remember between that period is that the NHS was standing just infront of me, asking me if i were okay, i was rather confused, but i realised, i had been attempted murdered, but after some good treatment, i am still standing here today.
I then realised i had to try something new, a social experiment, i "parked" my helicopter on a bridge, to see how the reactions were from the civilians, in a total period of 20 minutes, with a total of 6 cars passing, i can officially say that the road is dead in my eyes, but there was one car out of the six who stopped to have a "look" on it, but it was met by sirens of the NHS in the distance, so they were spooked off, so to all you civilians out there, if you have to land your helicopter in the middle of the road, do it on the bridge at the HM treasury, it is safe even though you dont believe it is. the chances of getting your heli stolen is a total of 16,66666667%
At the location of the Multi Factory 06:21, i had to emergency land, after crashing into a silo, luckily for me, there was a good story just beneath me!
Two trucks, one red sportshatchback, two men, one police car, this was the sight i was met with, the two men, declared that they were innocent and acted in self protection to kill the robbers who was about to rob them, but as you can clearly see on the pictures, i believe they were the bad guys, i was listening to the stories they told the officer who came and introduced himself as SPC Hoggie, and they were let off to go, with a evil smile on their face, while driving off, i tried to get a interview, but sadly my camera was broken down, i managed to get a few pictures and write down a quote from one of the men "We're just peacefully citizens selling our oil, then we are getting robbed by some cruel men, and then we had to shoot them in the face" Tell me after this quote, who is the cruel men?
The men drove off, and i was left by my own, but i was hungry! for more stories!
I was minding my own when i heard some sirens, and i was totally ready for shit to go down for this article, and i was surprised of the outcome.
A police car was chasing a box truck, who was minding his own way towards the scrap dealer, after driving a bit around in circles, and a chase began, the police car was going infront of it, then behind it, and next to it, what they did not try, it just didnt work out for them, suddenly out of nowhere, a green sports HB engages in the chase, driving behind the police car, maybe a friend?, an assoicated? is he armed? who is he? nobody knew, and i kept on going behind them to see what this would turn out to, the chase was going on road, offroad, dirt road, and then offroad agian, until we came to the local scrapyard, where the driver of the car, drove it right down into what we call "the blender" and it was gone forever, the man was quickly arrested, and the green sports HB stopped, and a man got out screaming "i'm his lawyer" a huge discussion went on, the driver of the truck, ment that he was being pulled over by unreasonable grounds, and demanded his freedom, while he was insulting the officers, and tried to teach them about how to do thier job, then out of nowhere, he says something he should not have said, and a shadow appeared, a rare sight, something you only get to see a few times, before you're with the next plane, what we here in the Lakka news calls, an "admin" he was standing there in his Tron suit, everyone went quiet, except the driver of the truck, who was not happy at all, the "admin" and the driver had a little of an argument, and the "admin" said something relevant for the man, when the driver twisted the words around and started to raise questions not related to the situation, he was very upset, and it resultet in the "admin" stared in his eye, and the man feinted, he got an timeout as we call it.
We tried everything we could to get it on camera, but it seems that we now have learned the "admins" have some powers which makes our camera, turn off, and be jammed for the next amount of 20 minutes, before they were operational agian, quite an hectic situation, but well handled, from the police officers.
And as a final part of the story for this week, we found an old picture in our records, from when we were observing the illegal activity on the island, we was met with this lovely sight, on a "puppy field" The men were not arrested, but were later on neutralized, due to some gang activities, and it seemed they met their rival gang, we managed to get our colleague out of there before he was harmed in the crossfire.
