Just watched a rust video, and on his server he has a plugin that makes ladders non craftable, but you can get them in kits, so basically it could work as a donation system, so if you donate you get the tools to raid easier? I think it would be a good addition as 1. Donations and 2. ladders are pretty op and would be amazing if they were much more rare.

Just a suggestion what are your thoughts.

Wouldn't that just essentially make the server Pay to Win?

I'm pretty sure that would be rejected on those grounds same as outright buying weapons in Altis life would be.

we either have them, or get rid of them completely i would say, no inbetween

 
Wouldnt make it pay to win, ladders are only a small thing in the game, which donators get the benefit of getting. Just a suggestion to get a few more doantors, and they are pretty op.

i dont agree with that it goes towards the Pay to win theory in my eyes to be fair ladders are not so a pain in the ass as people make it out to be if you build smart you can stop it to a degree or atleast make it more difficult.

What bothers me more then ladders to be honest is the /remove function cause people will use it to completely wipe out a base :(

2 days in a row my clans house got totally destroyed you put a full day into building someone comes along and bye bye house :(

 
Yeah I dont really like the /remove, but it does really help if you misplace something. It was just a suggestion as a way to get more donators and see what peoples thoughts on ladders was.

 
If there is some way to edit it so you at least need access to 1 tool cupboard to be able to place them that would be a lot more fair.

 
i decided not to play at this moment purely cause of the /remove mod base got deleted like that 3 days in a row its destroying my fun.

i know raiding is part of the game but there is a difference in raiding and just destroying a base with a /remove command

 
What you guys think about non craft but, you can vote for them? 1 point per ladder is fine isn't it? Just a suggestion.

 
Yes cardoso! 100% up for that, makes people vote and makes them op things harder to get
