Description of what happened: My friend [1337] Jason and I were heading to the diamond mine when we ran over [LA] Dante because there was desync. We could have easily continued driving for 20 meters and then start running but instead, my friend got off the truck to explain that he was desyncing so it was not our fault. They ignored it and took advantage of the situation by robbing us once we had got off the truck. Jason repeatedly tried to explain what happened but they just shot him because he did not drop his stuff on the floor. I was later killed because I did not drop my stuff (my game was not answering so I could not acess the inventory). That is metagaming because they are taking advantage of a out of roleplay situation to rob and kill people.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, they keep saying that even if we had not stopped, they would have robbed us and started saying they can hit a moving target from 100mts and shit instead of resolving the problem.

As I said before, it is metagaming because the take advantage of a out of roleplay situation (having run over your friend because of desync) so we stopped to explain and rob us.
 
Secondly, that is a fallacy. Two cops saw that I crashed due to desync with a car that was running from them so you won't get me banned, I guarantee it.

1. The original poster and the person defending themselves may contribute to the post but keep it clean and act like adults.

 
2. Anyone who does not have any evidence who cannot provide value with evidence there post will be deleted, unless they are of a Admin rank.
 
3. Anyone who posts edited video to attempt to get the person they are reported in trouble will be banned.

everything is to be roleplayed. If it's out of roleplay, do it on Teamspeak, or in text.

posts not involved with this will be hidden, Posts that are opinions, are removed. 

We need facts, and statements from those involved, not every guy and his 2 stolen pieces of gold.

A big warning to the LA guys... im unsure who used the racist word but it wont be tolerated here.

Change the way you roleplay i see you shot on 2.... I have warned about roleplay before so i will reject this report now but i would just like to inform you we do spectate from these reports so up your roleplay.
