LA Dante VDM (Hacker Induced by Setting Velocity and SetDamage.)

Description of what happened: First off me and other PLF members were trying to rob Eddylane of his drugs and coke processing, after a firefight Eddylane goes down and we take control of the processing, after a while we starting taking fire from a hill across the processing. We having firefight while Devil Killer is trying to lockpick the Hemmit box at the coke processing. 
 
After a while a chopper comes in, straight for the coke processing, and just so obvious just crashes STRAIGHT into Devil Killer and the coke processing and kills himself and Devil Killer, Dante was driving the chopper. He claims that his Arma crash but he went STRAIGTH in for the coke processing and then it goes 20sec and he trying to say his game crashed..
 
And a few seconds later Eddylane takes the hemmit box and leaves and takes it back. It cant be more obvious than this that Dante went straight in to kill as many as possible at coke processing and then let Eddy sneak back up and take the hemmit and leave. Im not the guy reporting small stuff but this is so obvious what Dante did, it goes only 20 sec then he talks, and its obvious that he VDM with purpose. Cant be more clear than this... AND Eddy is in that truck like 5 sec after the crash... I mean cmon!
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no, the excuse he had was the worst he could have told us, just wanna laugh about that

This is another view of the situation as you can hear the heli turns of in mid air and vdms me then his team mate steals the hemit truck 2 sec's later

 
Well, I do not have any video proof of this incident !
Let's start of with some points :

- I did not VDM;
- My helicopter exploded in mid-air as it was happening to other players earlier on;

- You can confirm with both AltisMilitia & BLR members;

- and you can ask Wilco about me texting him as soon as I blew up;

- I had a Rahim with Silencer do you actually think I would suicide in a helicopter?

And I was only there to provide light with my chopper !

I can say that a hacker took down a few choppers the exact same time, this also happened to me.

you typed in chat that ur arma crashed, now u saying other ppl been blowing up randomly, u said that ur arma crashed now u change ur mind, and u just happend to crash into him and then 5sec later Eddy takes the hemmit? What to confirm with gangs that hate us and do all to screw with us?

and how does it change the fact u vdm us to get the hemmit? is it ok just because u text an admin? And really, you seriously saying a motive not to do it was because u had a little expensive gun? Cmon man you can do better than that...

No excuse for this, we are getting reported for so much stuff that is not even against rules, or like a 10sec vid showing just some crap. But we do report when something like this happends.

-First of all, I thought it was an Arma crash because my chopper just exploded, and minutes after BearJew's helicopter blew up aswell.

-Secondly that situation only happened after you randomly shooting the Hemmit with no warning, and killing my guys.

-Thirdly you stated ''we are getting reported for so much stuff that is not even against rules, or like a 10sec vid showing just some crap. But we do report when something like this happends. '' that is nothing to do with me is it? I am here to talk about my report, don't care if you get reported or not ! Also you guys keep metagaming us, which we didn't brought up to the forums YET  but the thing that most annoyed me was whenever the template says ''Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?'' You just said ''no, the excuse he had was the worst he could have told us, just wanna laugh about that''

I believe you could had spoke with me, and I would pay you the comp request even with me being 100% innocent, if I have to get banned for this sure just go on ahead , but I am sure that the Admins will be able to get it from the logs, what happened to my chopper !

The thing is, the chopper does not explode before its at the ground, and you die when it hits the ground along with the guy fixing the hemitt. i saw bear jews picture and he was killed In air.

We shot at the hemitt after our guy ran up screaming at the guy inside the church, and we shot at it to kill the tires to disable it.

And it's kinda random that eddy is ready to run up and steal the hemitt right after you explode. if it is the hackers work on the other side, that sucks, but how could we know.

I was 50meters above the ground, and my helicopter exploded in mid air

You could have spoke with me first.

one the chopper loses power hits the ground and then blows up so 1. you wasnt in the air when you died. 2. you died the exact same time as me. and 3. funny how eddy is right there to take the hemit and on that conclusion in my point of view its VDM as it clearly shows in the videos

 
M8 I was there to provide light to my team, eddy was there for like 5minutes already ! Not replying anymore, requesting forum locking from Moderator/Admin until action is taken if needed !

 
As helicopters were being exploded at the time, and logs show that Dante's helicopter was indeed exploded by a Hacker. I am going to have to close this as it shows clearly in the battleye logs that his chopper was exploded.

No idea though about the excuses, but the logs don't lie..

To add, please open a comp request for anyone involved to reclaim their gear.

 
funny how yesturday wilco said to me there was no kill log on the server when i got killed on the vip island then
