Ok... so there wasn't more to follow. I've just watched *another* ten minutes of 'chopper lockpicking 101' crap for no purpose at all, really. 

Kritikal may or may not have been part of the group that Le0Heart was in, doing the drug run. If this was the case, then RP was established by you killing Le0Heart in the small shack, though I agree, there was little chat or supporting background story going on. However, you're in a high-risk firezone that is far away from civilisation (hence likely to be filled with enemies and gun-toting hardmen), and already engaging in a firefight (or very shortly afterwards), so I'm less minded to award Kritikal a ban at this point, unless someone can come up with better evidence. He was killed, and logged off, so no further explanation from him, and technically not really needed.

It *could* be said that your buddy broke NLR too if he came back on to scene within 15 - but he is of course playing that the NLR doesn't count, because he's assuming the kill by Kritikal was RDM. Borderline, imho.

Le0Heart needs to make unban appeal in usual place, if he wants to play on this server again. Rest of this video was pretty much a waste of time, imho.

{EDIT - have since confirmed that Kritikal WAS a member of the group that were using the drug-dealer, so there is no case to answer. Moral of the story is, properly check an area you're griefing to make sure that the target is not alone!}
