Knocked out rather than Dead & Speed Cameras

Hi I'm Teddy Wrinkle,

Essentially to stop people just punching you to death for no reason, is there a way where you could be knocked out instead, so the only way to kill someone is with a weapon?  I would like to have a few scraps with people but it not result in a death. I also fancy doing a few fights for money down some alleys and would prefer if these were not life of death.

second one, can we stick a few random speed cameras / red light cameras around, would be good if you get an instant ticket for running a red / speeding. perhaps this is either random points in the map or a random script that may or may not issue a ticket.

I looked into something like this couple days ago. IMO makes for some great RP scenarios, Fight club, small scraps and ability to jump people, beat the shit outta them and then future interactions where they remember rather then NLR ending that engagement to never be remembered again

Should be possible too, the knockout script for when you crash could be applied to when you get punched when on low health. Teddies fight club sounds like a blast
