I was RPing as bounty hunter, the SGT that i killed gave me a ticket, i had a disagreement and we got heated, as they left the garage i shot (was out the safe zone)
started shouting for them to get back...they did not, i WALKED all the way to the station with gun out shooting in air to act as a wild gunman (i was naked at this point so without BH clothes) with followers (witnesses). It was all in the name of RP, i had not intentions to break the rules as the last time i played which was early October and they had not been implemented and so i thought based on my old logic of the rules it was fine as RP.
It was an honest mistake did not have rule breaking on my mind at all. i only shot the sgt that i had a reason for and allowed the others to restrain me, but the admin was a bit too quick and permed me. I have updated my self with the rules and now know my errors.

May i point out, my last request was denied due to it being my second ban, without any thought on the reasoning or if i have ever committed the last ban again.
That ban took play late SEPTEMBER as was for a different mistake which has not occurred again.
I understand you have a two ban rule but there is still some need to look into the bans, this and the last one were clearly honest mistakes this one being because i did not realise the rules had changed, and the other was a VDM on a cop who was shooting at me (and i did not know VDM was never permitted even when in self defence). it has also never happened again and so i clearly learn from my mistakes..
