Im not sure if this is the relevant place to ask but anyway is there any way of transferring your progress onto another account in King OF The Hill?

Your process it synced between all standard Koth servers. I don't believe it syncs between different profiles tho. I may be wrong!

Arma koth is based on your Arma3 player profile from my past experience, they also don't tend to allow transferring stats between accounts. Unless the account you're playing on is your default account then you should be able to change the name.

Normally it is synched from other servers. However if this is not the case and you want to reocver a account, I believe King of the hill itself does account recoverys where you can get your progress back.
