As I have experienced, when I have been downed by a shootout, people run up to me and shoot me in the head. When they do so, I get killed. However, when me/my friends down others and try to shoot them in the head, their body just starts to shake and they just continue to lie there. Why dont they die, when we shoot them in head? This has happend several times, and it bugs me that we cannot do the same. Are we supposed to do something to be able to do the same thing?
