Killing a player bleeding out?

So a few buddies and myself we're going to head out clamming but when we hit the docks in Neochori we got held up by two guys who we're a fair distance from myself so I was only able to see one and the other was too far a distance to actually hear. I see him holding my friends up so I pull a weapon to defend them, stupid idea I know, but he shoots me with no warning. Then after robbing my friends of nothing but a few K and some basic gear, he tells them to jump in the water and comes over to me. He then asks me for my last words before shooting me and killing me while I'm bleeding out. So my question, is this bad roleplay or a justified action?

Going purely on how you described it, and without seeing the video evidence, if the guy pulled out a weapon and shot you "with no warning", then this is RDM. The execution at the end is simply an extension of this.

To expand on the last part, yes, people can shoot you with '"any last words?" If it's during an active gunfight, but only if high quality RP has been given prior to said gunfight starting.
