Description of what happened: I was responding to an emergency call from kavala, when I was approching a slight left bend when a off-road overtook a truck and drifted into my lane, crashing into me. I got out of my car and approached the car to see what the heck they were playing at and if they were ok. They drew their guns (which when you get out of a car happens) and shot me as I walked towards them.

[SIZE=medium]The NHS Medics are here to help and revive people and have less than 10 slots on the 120 slot server, Therefore so they can RP as medics during the time they are online it is an ban-able offense to kill a medic or take a medic hostage, It is also ban-able to steal a medic's vehicle or helicopter.[/SIZE]
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, I went back to the scene to see if they were still there to try and talk to them but they had left by the time I returned. They didn't join TS either to give there side of the story.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

We thought you had rammed us on purpose we had just had a big shootout on the hills in a hostage situation and were trying to get away from another gang, we were driving down the road, saw you coming along and then you crashed into us, yes we did act fast and did think after we might not be able to shoot medics when we saw what another medic put who turned up. We are all sorry for this and I am sorry for being the one who's bullet hit you.

I have spoken to the driver of the car and he agrees it was on a corner and could have been the corner or either of the drivers errors for the crash, in the heat of the moment we did draw our guns and are sorry for firing on a medic. Each one there has admitted wrong now and we will treat medics with more respect in the future.

We had only just had a run in with police and the immediate thought by all involved was you were police.

 
The thing that I'm most annoyed about is that you didn't even try to contact me at all. I went back to the accident scene to see if you were there to try and talk and you had left. I'm always on TS when I'm on-duty and you should have tried to contact me if you had to leave. I've been killed before by accident but the person who did that joined TS and spoke to me about the incident. If anyone kills me but talks to me about it I don't have a problem. 

The accident I could have been a little bit more on my lane, but that is still no excuse to open fire without even basic RP.

 
After the incident we left the scene and moved on as we were being chased by another gang. Another medic said something about not shooting or robbing medics. I did come on TS eventually, we swapped games and were playing on something else for a while. I hope you can see it wasn't done to be a direct attack it was more of a panic reaction. I am very sorry and would like to make it up to you in some way if I can.

 
I have been over and over the rules now and also shared the link to the rules with the rest of my team, we do enjoy playing here and hope you accept our apology. I have tried to apologise on teamspeak but I am guessing you were busy.

Just talking with n00ms at some point in the next 24 hours to try and sort this out.

 
Had a chat with N00ms, I'm satisfied that this was an accident and I have no plans to continue with the report. @Edgar Ville.

 
I'll warn N00ms to use eyes and roleplay instead of guns. It's disgusting to see medics killed... It's not like they're dressed in bright colors with unique vehicles or anything... oh wait.... they are...
