The Roleplay.co.uk server has now been running for over a year and I've made a realisation - I'm not a good leader.
Just to make it clear I'm not leaving the milsim group, I actually want spend more time making it better, I just feel my attention is better used on the creative side. What I'm looking for more than anything is a partner, someone who can drive the group forward, I have plenty of ideas, and plenty of people have put forward some great suggestions, I simply don't have the time to get it done.
What I'm looking for:
- Someone who has the drive and ideas to push the group forward.
- Must have the time to commit to running the group.
- Previous Milsim experience is not essential, but is preferred. If the right person comes along but hasn't played much Milsim I can train in the arts of Milsim.
- Someone who has the ability to lead. Again previous leadership is preferred but not necessarily the be all and end all.
- Someone who can work with me and other mission makers creativity.
- Not be a complete plum.
