Killed without warning by Airborne

Time & Date this happened: 28.01.2015 // 16:05 (servertime)
 
Which Server did this happen on: Altis Life Server 2
 
Description of what happened: I got my car and drove towards the airport but after 50meters a guy crashes into me and broke my wheels. So I ran after him with an itention to roleplay the scenario, he reverse back to me and jumped out of the car after I told him to do so, he asked if I could remove my gun and I was going to put it on my back but why im about to this this, a random guy shot and killed me.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Killing without warning
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I told him I was going to report him unless he got some explanation and he said he told me to put my hands up, clearly he didn't. So I sent him a PM and told him i'd let it go for this time if he atleast refunded what I lost.

You was aiming a gun at my friend, With an intention of shooting him. I acted in self defense of me and my life. And my friends life. you did not say anything in-game.

It was a risk i had to take or you would have shot my friend. 

Ps. Aiming guns at people is not a wise thing to do. 

 
I had no intention to shoot, if I had would I first of all told him to take his hands on his head. And I was aiming at his feets. You could have shot me if I actully pulled the triger which I wouldn't have done because I knew you were 2 or 3 people togethere. 

 
If your mic was working in-game i would have heard you. And i would have not shot you. Even if you had it holstered. i would have not shot you. But aiming it at someone i had too shoot you because of my friends life.  

 
My mic is working fine but for somehow reason shadow play didn't take it up. However you have to warn me.

 
I also shoot you as soon as you aimed at his torso because of a danger you put his life into. i never heard you in-game neither did my group

Try running Shadowplay as admin. Close it from the tasks and make a shortcut with run as admin selected. This way if you have mic and in game chosen from shadowplay options, it will record your own voice too.
