Kicked form server

Im a having a problem on server 1

since the new mission file released earlier i cant download it. It starts downloading gets some of the thing done and then boom "you were kicked of the game."

i assume this has to do with ping. my ping isnt the greatest being just on the border line for uk servers. (thats what you get for being so far south of uk)
my guess is the download kicks in and my ping goes through the roof with the traffic of downloading and the server kicks
server 3 works fine and i assume server 2 will as well when ever is online.
but also why is ping so strict on server 1 200ms and less or GTFO

Assuming it is regarding a High Ping:
If you do get variable pings to the UK, I could recommend using a VPN to help stabilize your time and get round traffic shaping on overseas lines. 

Please check with admin/community helpers, if commercial VPN IP ranges are banned or not first though, as you may find they are frowned upon (specially on Teamspeak).

if you go ahead with this, don't go for a free one, I can recommend IPVanish, great pings and great bandwidth.

It could also be trying to resume a mission file download, try deleting the mission file and try it from fresh, possibly data got corrupted ?
