Description of what happened:
Kha Zingo and another guy probably get into some sort of accident / crash and immediately log off no doubt in an attempt to save his gear.
 
Kha Zingo repeatedly breaks rules / glitches gear off dead people (no evidence, but he has done it to me) and frankly, I don't usually report people for this, but I personally feel him to be rather toxic to the community / a constant rule breaker.
 
I think his friend Brian is already banned, so no need to report.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.

Kha Zingo repeatedly breaks rules? Can you clear that up for me? Glitches gear off from dead peopl? I don't do that. And yes I logged off after I was pissed about a glitch that's repeatedly happening to me. I was repairing a car and the car just jumped 3 meters up and killed me and Brian. And can you explain why you think I'm toxic to this community and a constant rule breaker since this is probably my second real banworthy offense. At the first one I called someone a prick in side chat after accusing me of metagaming and lying to the community and police officers. I've seen you around 3 times I think? And I haven't roleplayed badly with you before, or if I did, can you clear up what I did wrong?

I know combat logging is against the rules and I'm not saying I didn't. I just got really fed up about this glitch and other glitches that happen on a daily basis. The only gear I had was a pistol, I don't care about 30k. I was just pissed and closed the game.

Maybe I was a bit harsh about the constant rule breaking, but to be honest, you have, and continue to break rules on the server.

I remember one particular incident, it went like this.

- Driving in my truck, two guys try to rob me. (You and some other guy).

- I kill them after they threatened to kill me if I didn't give you my truck (great role play by the way).

- Not 3-4 minutes later, you and your friend are back in a sports hatchback, somehow with guns and you're hovering around my same truck after I crashed it and was repairing it. Only 300m from where you died previous. (NLR broken).

- We're role playing, I know its you guys again from the name, but can't really mention anything in the role play, whatever, I'll roll with it and see what happens. You guys are moving around clearly trying to flank me, being quite agressive, so I decide to run around a corner and pull out a weapon. I tell you guys to leave me alone, and you dont.

- Gunfight ensues, I kill you both again. (Which I have to admit was quite a fun 3-4 minute fight).

- I decide screw my truck, I want to chop shop the sports hatchback in frustration for you guys trying to rob me... again.

- As I'm lock picking the hatchback ( about 5 minutes after you guys died for the second time)... You're back again... in a car, only 100m from where you died. (Breaking NLR... AGAIN).

- You ram your car into the hatchback im lockpicking and kill me because the car you hit rolls over me. (VDM).

- You then glitch my gear, taking everything I own (clothing, backpack, gun) leaving my body waiting for a medic completely naked (Gltiching / Exploiting / Circumventing the anti-looting script).

Sadly, I didn't have any of that incident recorded, because it was before I had ShadowPlay so I could never report you for what you did. But frankly, your name always stuck in the back of my mind because of that incident.

I have witnessed you personally breaking multiple rules, and frankly as mentioned before, I don't normally report people for stuff like this, but for you my friend, I decided to make an exception.

I'm 100% sure that never happened, the only thing that could be true about that post is that I tried robbing you what I can't remember.

Whether it happened or not, unfortunately I cannot prove (as I didn't record it), or you'd already be banned.

So as I said before, your name always stuck in the back of my mind because of that incident.

So when I saw you clearly breaking rules again, I decided to post it.

The only thing I can remember about you is the decent roleplay I had in your house. Furthermore I like robbing people, action gives me adrenaline what I really enjoy. Anyways I always do that by following the rules and engage roleplay at all times even though that usually puts us in a disadvantage. I can't remember robbing you or engaging in roleplay with you in a negative way. I actually enjoyed playing with you. But ur post before shows me who you really are, I'm sure I didn't do that and you just tried giving me a bad name since you have no evidence and you know I won't get banned for that.

The only important thing that I want to say is that I did not do this to save my gear. It was a response to the glitch that I got really fed up with. I lost my handgun afterwards anyways, you can check the logs IF you take this with the result of this report.

No worries mate, I already witnessed the kind of player you are first hand, so think of me what you will.

But remember one simple fact, if you didn't do what you did previously, I wouldn't have felt the need to report you for this now, so technically it was your own doing back then, that lead to this report.

Whether you claim it didn't happen or not, I witnessed it first hand and it told me everything I needed / wanted to know about you.

I leave everything else in the Admin hands now, I won't be posting again on this topic unless specifically requested to by an admin.

I get that you only logged of because of this "Glitch" thing & sometimes people get a bit heated.

That's just human.
BUT I don't take the things that @Mycaelis said lightly and next time there is gonna be a report about you I will take the things he said here in consideration.

So you can see this as an official warning to 1st: Step up your RP and 2nd: DON'T let your emotions overrule you and make you do stupid things.
