Keys for vehicles

I think a system that included keys for vehicles that you own, which you could give to people so that they can lock/unlock cars that you can lend to them for things such as runs.

Also it would be quite nice so that you could trade vehicles without going to the dealer and you would be able to bet vehicles on things etc, i think this would make for some good rp.
