Description of what happened: Well its not much to be said. This guy was stealing my car in a blue zone(Police department Kavala). Also I told him not to do it many times. later on police officer found my car and told me that this guy was also glitching restrains.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
 
6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:Yes, I send him a ingame message but he did not reply.

Should be noted that afterwards we located him and the stolen car, and he did a pay a ticket. Afterwards he stole another car, and when we stopped him, he intentionally committed suicide to avoid arrest by jumping off a building. Right afterwards he broke NLR and came back to the same spot. Mattjamco has a video recording of it, and he said he would be preparing a report.
