He was stalking ppl in Kavala's greenzone, then he robbed a guy called Steve for 95.000 pounds inside said zone. When I said him he can't do that, he robbed me too.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
I said him he can't rob ppl in green zone, and then robbed me lol
