Description of what happened: i was on agios when i saw 1 hobo lockpicking a police car, i came closer to him and he tried to shoot me, then i killed him with my pistol...then another hobo came and he said to me "can i take his backpack" i said no and he tried to still take it, i knock him out, and then a friend of him that is Kerron just shoot me without any word at all....
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: i tried to talk with the person and all i recieved was a verbal abuse.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
I dont have any video, but i have prints that can perfectly see that himself admitted to do RDM.

Here he admitted that he RDM and he said that even if he got banned he will make a ban appeal so i appeal to this case a permanent ban to this guy since he know that is making wrong and he think he can get away with this... http://imgur.com/Os3R16v
