Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: First of all, this is the only server I play with my friends and have fun and I'm dedicated to this server. How I got banned? I was running away from 2 cops who were chasing in a police car with sirens on and they got out and aimed at me as I had a bounty of 100,000 and I killed one with a headshot while the other one got me. Then I got banned immediately for RDM. I am sure I would stop my altislife journey here as I would not even bother to find another server as I don't expect a better quality server. Thanks for reading and I hope you can give me final chance.

I saw that the gun was aimed up and if not, totally my mistake. I had a bounty and I was really scared so I shot and it landed a headshot. I'm really sorry if I'm in the wrong.

What happened was you were being requested to stop when the sirens were applied. Ross then got out of the vehicle, asked to speak to you and was then shot by you without you saying a word.

With self defence i literaly mean self defence, in which im trying to protect myself gonig from jail/having to pay bounty/losing my gun.

Also I didn't know that you have to talk to cops before you kill them. I just got banned for killing a cop who is chasing me...

To sum up, I understand that I should engage in RP before I start shooting. For example, I should shout "Back off or I shoot you!" or else I can't attack. I understand what I did wrong and I wil lstop arguing. Please give me a final chance and I will read the rules 2-3 times more.

Sorry for my attitude and wasting your time.

(I have read the rules 2 times again and I fully understand them. Apologise for breaking the rule 3L and I promise not to break a single rule once again.)

Agreed on the mistake,but it was a newbie mistake.In my opinion he deserves another chance since it was a small one, as well as the fact that he is new here.

   First of all I think he does deserve a  chance, and second cops do RDM. I got killed by a cop for no reason what so ever (he didn't say a word and just shot me). That put aside, he did what he did but a ban in my opinion is a very hard sentence. I hope an admin reads this and gives Kemal another chance. The rule was broken, but I can confirm with utter certainty that the cop had his gun up aiming at him (I was in a M9-Hummingburd just above the whole thing). At the end of the day admins have the last word in this matter. At the end of the day he panicked and therefore broke the rule by not engaging in any quality RP due to inexperience (he hasn't been wanted before or chased by police).

Yes of course. I stumbled upon the exact same thing when I read the rules after I got banned. Just saying, the page for the rules was not accessible for 2 days for me, don't know for others. So here is the text;

[SIZE=medium]When the Police put on their sirens lights to pull you over to attend to a scene this doesnt mean RP has initiated on their point, if you shoot without engaging in RP then this is classed as RDM[/SIZE]
 
I fully understand my mistake and I apologise sincerely. I will be extra careful in my further actions in this server and not break a single rule again. Thanks for your time.
