keep Getting Kicked

hi all, i have had some trouble joining the servers because after i spawn in i get kicked off after a minute or so without giving any reason or error. i am not only suffering with this on the life servers but many other arma servers as well. i would much appreciate any help.

Maybe it is something wrong with your internet? Did you reset your router? Reinstalled arma? And what are your PC specs?

nothing has changed as far as i know other than i updated arma and thats when it started

Yep, verify game cache is always one of the best thing to start off with.

The most popular reasons for getting kicked is either your ping is to high, you are running mods which are not compatible with the server or your steam ticket fails.
