Kavala Drug House for sale! Amazing location!

I am currently selling a one floor house in Kavala that is walking distance from the Drug Dealer (170m) it is gated from all entrances and has two ATM's conviently located so once you have sold you can store your money without having to worry about Hobo's in Kavala Square looking for offers above 1.2 million. It has space for 2 storage boxes which makes 1400 capacity for virtual items such as drugs.

Unfortunatly you only get around half of your money back if im correct not too sure how it works for the bigger houses buddy

The house is unused because I no longer store drugs I sell them straight away so I just want to get rid of it tbh
