It can be used:

   - To spawn near Drug Dealer
   - As a storage house (to put drugs inside)
   - As a tatical position to take information about the drug dealer (https://prnt.sc/fn1s8m)
   - As a tatical position to shot someone down (https://prnt.sc/fn1s3t)

There is a ATM something around 20m away from the house, so there is no need to buy the ATM upgrade (http://prntscr.com/fn1w7f)

I can post a map picture (showing the Drug Dealer and the distance to it) if someone asks for it.

I'm not used to sell houses, so i will start the bidding at 500k, min increase 100k.
