This goes back a while ago since before I joined the police even. I was a filthy hobo doing my copper run in my box truck when I come across a road block.. hmm I'll just drive past I think to myself. Well the people at the road block had a different plan, they decided to shoot my tires presumably trying to rob me of my hard earned cash. Haha well lets just say karma got those mother truckers!

I don't know if it would class with VDM if he "crashed" into the car. but  it does look like you purposely drove into the car though.

I cant say he did right or rong if i look at the rules. But for rollplay i think il do the same

Either way he was forced by those players to VDM. Turning right he would have plowed into those firing on him. Simply poor placement of the hijackers. He could have stopped earlier and turned around though ... which usually ends up with the guys chasing and VDM'ing the victim instead.

Just to make it clear check my wheel damage on the top left. They shot it out causing me to lose control and swerve to the left. It wasn't intentional.. I just wanted to drive past the fuckers.

If you actually watch the hands on the steering wheel, you can see they don't move to the left, and actually move to the right to try and avoid ramming the car.

You can never, ever purposefully crash into another car no matter how much you roleplay it, it is still VDM, against server rules and a bannable offense.

(Not talking about this video, just in general).

Well technically, based on this video it looks like they are attempting RDM anyway. 

I don't know if they were RP'ing with the driver before this happened but if not they set up a road block and opened fire without apparent RP. 

Fuck 'em. I'd do the same in that situation... You know the likely outcome anyway (They are going to kill you regardless) and if I could speed through then I would. They got what they deserved.
