Description of what happened: Me and my patrol unit were deployed to checkout gunshots near a store, shortly after we spot several armed men running around the back of the building firing shots so we engage, I found Kadaj and tazed him to the ground, restrained him and then turned to listen to my fellow officers, I turn back around as I heard a weapon being drawn to find he had glitched his restraints, I tazed him again, and re-restrained him, I started to heal from the wound he had given me, in which he glitched restraints again to kill me, I would like to add that majority of the altis death squad at the scene glitched restraints and killed other officers, I think one other exploiter of this gang is called 'David' but I do not personally have evidence for this.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rule 1: Cheating, exploiting, hacking
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, I feel it's quite clear what he has done, and he has done this twice.
