Welcome aboard man! Be sure to familiarize yourself with the island as there are some areas that are highly dangerous and I would recommend avoiding. If you feel like trying your hand at mining there's a large diamond mining market on the island that is very profitable however it is also a popular target for armed criminal gangs so be sure to call the Altis Police Service if you run into any trouble.
