Why would you consider prank calling a charity shop a joke? These people are unpaid and take time out of their day to try and make the world a better place by raising money for good causes etc.
Quite disappointed to be honest but i'm not sure if that's just me..
Edit: Just listened to it again "Thanks for calling Cancer Research Wales" now i'm really annoyed.

I've removed the soundcloud item.
This is incredibly distasteful.
Many people volunteer their time and effort to charities around the world. Having one of our members, someone from within the ALUK Police do this to people, giving false hope, is pathetic.......
