Description of what happened: I parked outside of the pub to sell cider, then a hobo (Julian) stole my truck inside green zone and begun driving off and crashing into cars causing them to explode; he did this more than once.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:
Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
However using the following vehicles to immobilise each other (eg. Hunter VS Ifrit or Strider VS Ifrit etc) is permitted in roleplay for whitelisted factions or people in ownership of a rebel membership - Hunter/Strider/Ifrit
6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)
(Haven't got proof for it though)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, but he didn't respond

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

That was a police car, the second car he destroyed
EDIT: I just checked the image and I saw MR MB typed swear words in side chat, I just want to make it clear that MR MB is not me as my in game name is bobmarley.
