Description of what happened:this guy was arrested and was gonna be sent to jail but as seen in screen shot he combat logged without saying anything officer in pic can confirm that aswell as SPC Xsum which was at the scene 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: combat log
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:no couldnt find him he dc
