Description of what happened: Finished repairing my vehicle, as i go to get back in and leave another offroad drives over and starts shooting at us. Killing myself in the process and later killing Richard. No attempt at RP was initiated.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM, Fail RP.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Tried speaking ingame to him.
