Which Server did this happen on: Server 2
Description of what happened: Jonpaul VDMed a guy in front of Kavala Church, which could have been an accident, so we decided to pursue him. At the end of Video 1, you can see him logging off (probably going to the lobby). After this, I have sent him a message (See Screenshot below) and some time later he showed up at the Kavala HQ and sent us a message. We came back, processed him, but since he didn't have a mic, we couldn't roleplay much and sent him to prison, after which he sends me a message, cursing (unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of that).
Video 2 happened some time later, where you can see Jonpaul VDM several people and get executed for it, before I get a chance to interfere. 1:32 mins later (can upload the entire video if needed), he shows up 50 meters away.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 3A) VDM; 3D) Microphone only servers; 2E) Logging/Combat logging ; 5D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes (see screenshot), but it looks like there was no effect. Wasn't on TS either.
