You don't need to be signed into the forums to join an ALUK server.
can you try connecting to a server and show the error message you was getting?
Please ensure all mods are disabled.

In case the message mentioned something about whitelisting: try selecting a civilian slot while in the lobby!
Only Police and NHS members need to be whitelisted for our server, and it is a common mistake try to join in one of those slots.
