Joining Police?

Hi there, i have been playing on this server for 7-8 months... infact scrap that ive been playing this game for 7-8 months!

i see there is a shortage of officers for the 2 servers which are usually full and was interested in joining up. 

something different, a challenge if you will.

I have millions in the bank so after i do a typical drug run or oil run i just hang around kavala cos theres always stuff happening and after a heated debate with someone yesterday another guy had jumped in to comment and say i was a weirdo as all i do is hang around kavala.

so that got me thinking if i do drug runs and hang around kavala afterwards and ppl think that then i need to do something else cos i did like playing for 10 hours or so a day.

Anyway to the subject on hand my only concerns is: i dont know how the police work, ive never been on another server, so minimum experience.

would i get learnt everything that needs to be learnt?

Of course you would the police have a very good training system were you will be trained by a PTO ( Police Training Officer) and maybe a PTA ( Police Training Assistant) or maybe multiple of both. But you would learn everything you need to learn for the rank you have and the responsibility's you have you will also pick up most stuff that you don't know during regular patrols if you are on and like to patrol with other people.

Basically all you need to start as a police officer are: 

- Patience

- Calmness

- Maturity

- At least slight understanding about what RP really is.

That's all, everything else can be taught.
