Random post, but yeah sure your looking for a tip.

Be more descriptive, imagine you are trying to assess somebody who only writes a single sentence. 

 
Well if you look at the date and time posted, along with the content, one can easily deduce that the original bumper had his NHS application declined due to not enough detail, so he searched on the forums for the NHS and found this thread. Hoping to be enlightened by the content of this wonderful video (cough cough) he realised it lacked a full tutorial on how to apply for the NHS. So without looking at the date of the original post he committed his questions through the annals of time without a clue it had travelled so far. Luckily for him I was there to recieve the notification and give him a bland useless answer which should vaguely point him in the right direction, although that all said the test isnt exactly hard.
