Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Johnny Nitro
Description of what happened: Me , Jamie , & Noddy were in a chase with a suv which belonged to a Johnny Nitro , after a chase of 6-7 minutes we stopped his car. They got out and started shooting us. I had to shoot Johnny which made him go unconscious , we got his friend in cuffs. We had a medic on the way to help Johnny but he disconnected before his timer was up to respawn.
