I know the rules and I made a simple mistake. I have not been playing very long on your servers, and before playing on yours I played on other Altis Life servers, so my acting were based on the rules from there since they are not always very specific. The thing I did was shooting out someones tire to initate a robbery. On other servers this have been alright as long as u can repair their vehicle again. I appologized several times cuz I was not aware I could not do that on here. But now I am and it will absolutely not happen again. If you read the Report on my name you will see that i am remorseful.. You have my word I will not do anything from here on forth without RP initation.
