[SIZE=13.5pt]Description of what happened: Me and Andy were driving to the Heroin fields and this off-road was following us out of nowhere they starting shooting at us no role-play what so ever. Beforehand we did nothing to them. They just opened fired for no reason.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious role-play community therefore shooting people on sight with no role-play is RDM, engage in role-play at all times.[/SIZE]

As far as I know, Shooting out tires to initiate RP is allowed, the fact that u got out and shot at us gives us free hands to shoot ya. What we were trying to do was shooting out your tire to make u stop, then get out and initiate an RP situation like "Get out of the truck" etc. as long as people cooperate we do not kill. basically we would've robbed u, possibly taken ur weapons, repaired ur vehicles and let u be on ur way. Dont understand why u shoot at us then report us cuz u died.

i couldn't have writen that better then John, since we where shooting your tires out to make you stop and you decided to shoot back.. that gave us the right to shoot you guys since we where going to start a robbery on you..

And on the statement "have you tried talking to them".. well mate, you decided to follow us or atleast andy did into the redzone, we recieved no text or nothing and we where on for aprox an hour after that robbery.

Its not RDM cuz nobody died, our intention was clearly not to kill, if it was, THAT would be RDM. but shooting out tires to get a vehicle to stop is fine as far as I am aware. Hopefully an Admin will check this out soon and clear things up cuz I am pretty sure that would not count towards RDM to blow the tires of a truck. 

 
It would be attemented rdm you can't start shooting for no reason it's no role play

 
Let's say like this... Since i can't talk to you from my car to your car and i don't know your name i can't text you.. somehow i have to make you stop right? well take out the tires (cause i know you wouldn't stop if i blocked you cause you HAD a HMMT Box) since we didn't kill you we only took out the tires to be able to start robbing you, your mistake was to start shooting at us.

Its just my experience from other Altis Life servers that as long as you can repair the vehicle u are free to engage as long as no one is killed. And since we did not try to harm you at all, it cant really be considered even attempted RDM, cuz we were not attempting to RDM you lol.

I might be wrong here and if so I am sorry, but I cant see it specified in the rules that you cannot engage RP by taking out the tire, then start talking to ya once we get u to stop. Also I cannot find anyone else reporting someone cuz they fired on their tires. After we took your tire out, YOU shot at us, which means u took ur chance in taking us out, but u were unsuccessful.

 
We both know that talking over Direct chat when both people are in running vehicles is like whispering to someone 20m away from you.

 
True but you could jump out and say stop the truck and if we don't stop you can shoot at us

 
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't think we did something wrong, and if we did I would love for an Admin to say so, and we wont take that approach on a robbery again.
