Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I always tried to obey the rules and will try harder.
I am aware that i had press vest on me, and i admit i made a mistake when i didnt took it off before i pulled out my gun. Hovewer I would like to clarify some things so u can understand my situation better. 
Me and Dzacball (the bounty hunter) were already roleplaying for an hour in kavala, we were disguised as TV reporters so we made fake interviews with criminal-looking people in the hope that some of them will give us their name for the report so the bounty hunter can check his name in the wanted list.

We got one criminal with a bounty on his head my friend Dzacball restrained him, then he escorted him to the car so he can take him to the police station. As he was driving him with the car, the restrained criminal ejected from the moving wehicle killing himself , avoiding jail. (i was on foot this time)  Dzacball stopped the car and got out to check the dead man and to call ambulance. At this time some random rebels (petersson and his friends) chraged on him saying that he killed the guy on purpose (what is nonsense even by roleplay terminology since u see him jumping out of the car's window) so tehy will punish him.  They said they will take him to the police station . At that time i thought they will hand him over to a policeman which would have been good for us in the situation. Becouse of this i decided not to act just follow them to the police HQ and wait for the policeman to arrive. When they arrived to the location they put dzacball to the beach facing the sea , and pulled out their guns pointing at Dzacball's head , saying things like "what is ur last sentence". At that moment i realised theese guys will just point blank kill my friend, the restrained bounty hunter (who did'nt do anything "punishable" at all) so i had that adrenaline rush, pulled out my rook 9mm and killed those 2 guys from behind , around 8 meters distance was between me and them.

I admit i forgot to take off the press vest as i had around 2 secs to think-and act before my friend gets killed for no reason. This was my bannable mistake.  The press text had nothing to do in the firefight i ambushed them from behind.

No matter what you should not be killing with a press vest on. Ever. There are no excuses for it. 

i note in my secret files I have access to that you have been banned for "Robbing Maratek in Green Zone."

Is this another ban on top of the that one?

On 03.16 after the things happened i was still in kavala, in the center at the car shop. A masked guy was standing _outside_ of the car shop walls and he seemed afk i talked to him but didnt answer. I had an IRL guest in my room who was greatly interested in altis life and he asked if i can punch somebody. To show him how can i do it, i punched the guy in the face. I did not rob anything off him, and at that time i thought it was not green zone (since it was on the street, if i know right in the last few days the map has changed) and i swear i did not rob anything. Half a minute later i tried to go back to apologise from the masked man becouse of punching him and not robbing him and in that moment i was banned but i did not rob anyone and at that time i did not realise it is still greenzone. So when i got the ban message i came up here and i seen the forum post about me there was written i was banned becouse of "poor roleplay" (not true) but rather the vest. In those videos the guys who i killed talk about if iam shooting from the blue zone, what is not true i was shooting few meters from behind (note i had 9mm handgun). I thought i have been banned for this incident.

BTW how is roleplay for petersson and his friends who reported me is it right that they just pick someone off the street to "punish" and they just execute him for doing nothing? If they roleplay about it then is it acceptable to execute random people?

This is about your appeal. If you have a complaint about another player we have a section for that.

From what I have read you knocked out Maratek without RP inside a green zone and got banned and have been further reported for killing someone with a press vest on. And you have admitted to know about the zones because you made sure you were " shooting few meters from behind" in the statement above. Have I missed anything?

Yes of couse i know about the zones. I stated " shooting few meters from behind" becouse in the proof video i couldnt be seen but the guys on teamspeak were talking about if iam shooting from the blue zone ( what was nonsense they were searching for bannable reasons).
When  i punched Maratek, i was not aware that he is standing in the green zone. I remembered the green zone as it is inside the walls of the market area or what where the nightclub bar is. He was standing outside. Becouse i was not robbing (and thought its not green zone ) i didnt suppose i was banned becouse of this until now. I did not rob him i did not kill him in the rules it mentions not to kill or rob anyone. I dont say i didnt do anything bad becouse only punching someone is bad already in greenzone but if u take the rules by word u are not allowed to steal, rob, or kill. It doesnt mention harmless punch. (i know its not really an excuse but camon)
