Description of what happened: Basically called for a Taxi, pulled up to his location and he shot me without any RP involved...
What Rule Was Broken?: RDM & Fail RP
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, he was quite obviously a new player who didn't use the TeamSpeak and hadn't read any of the rules.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

I know the quality is what you can call ASSWIPE but I had the quality set low after a windows re-install. Sh*t happens, you can still see what happens.
