Description of what happened: Heard a car been picklocked in the garage. when we arrived we were shot at from inside the green zone, he then also restrain glitched to try and kill and officer twice.
What Rule Was Broken ?:1A) exploiting, 4A: Safe Zones

It is worth noting i think this was just lack of knowledge of the rules, he clearly chose not to read them before joining however so i feel a ban and forcing him to go through the unban process will make him read rules.
