Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): jjames
Time & Date this happened: 12.10.14 In the evening sometime
Description of what happened: We brought this wanted man to the Athira Police HQ (Who was wanted for £1,169,500) then we spoke in the car about how we caught him and this happened. He just disappeared, I think he disconnected from the game but not server, therefore not giving disconnect message, then spawning at VIP Shop as that's where our tips told us where he was.
Please note the black in the video is where I have cut out stuff that isn't important to make it short for our very busy admins

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, I text him ingame asking how he got out and he didn't answer.

Comp for the bounty would be nice, as he clearly glitched/exploited game mechanics by getting in driver seat and/or disappearing.
EDIT: Could also be combat logging if you see what I wrote above.
