Description of what happened:
Allright, so we were chasing 2 go karts, passing the Athira Prison. Sirens on, pursuit started. They were heading to the donator shop, where they thought it was a safe heaven for them. They got out there, aiming there guns at us, we told them that they can't shoot. One guy complied with us, we restrained him, the other guy (jjames) was still on the run, but knocked out by a CSO, and he was bugged because we we're not able to restrain him. I've told him that he was bugged, and then I tried to taze him, but that didn't help.
Then he shot me, with his lethal illegal firearm inside VIP.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
No, not on TS3.

I believe he glitched restraints earlier too, but I can't provide footage as it was desyncing.

Well, when I tried to there was no desync at all.

When I tried to restrain him it wouldn't let me, so I had to windows key, unrestrain then restrain him... I'm guessing he was glitching before we got to him too

wow! already banned but this doubles it up.
